The last few weeks I’ve made a few changes to my training as my body got used to the hypertrophy phase quicker than I expected. I am doing a 2 week strength phase just to mix things up a bit and can then finish the last 6 weeks with split training focusing on volume. I’m still not donig any cardio and Rob has said he really doesn’t think I need to do any as my body just doesn’t hold onto fat ( lucky me!). I had been over training and under sleeping which is to oeasy to do with a little one but I am making an effort to nap when I can to let myself recover.
Food wise I think I got a bit too strict too soon and my body fat dropped to 11.33% which would be great but was a bit too soon considering I don’t want it to drop below 10% as I am at risk of looking too skinny.So I’ve upped my food again and am keeping my cheat meals for a couple more weeks.
I am worried I’m not going to look toneed enough but I can only do what I can do and I know I’ve been working hard so not much more I can do at this stage other than trust my body knows what it is doing 🙂
I have had another coaching session and now have my whole routine so just need to keep practising but I really think I’m getting the hang of it now 🙂 I have had to buy new shoes as mine had stretched from all the practice I’ve been doing so now I need to wear these in just enough to be comfy.
I’m going to have 1 more coaching lesson and then a final camp at the end of March and am starting to feel more positive that it will be enough to make me stage ready.
Well not much more to say really, I’m getting some proper pics done soon which I’m looking forward to but for now here is one I took on my stage coaching
