Each week of the month there will be a new challenge that has 3 levels and a weekly planner. All weekly challenges are also kept on the Body Shape Members Area Page
This is a really good way of establishing habits, throughout the month you will continue with the habits from the week before so by the end of the month you will have established 4 healthy habits.
You earn points by working your way through the levels. Level 1 is worth 1 points, level 2 is worth 2 points and level 3 is worth 3 points.
This means you will always have something to work towards! Every time you complete the exercise of the day or the workout and post a pic you also get a point. Finally you can get an extra point by making your own motivational post or commenting or encouraging someone else.

As a gift to you we have also included this FREE 28 Day Meal Plan. This is not designed to be a strict meal plan but more to use as inspiration for food ideas and a shopping list. It’s a great tool but long term you will want more choice and variety. I think these are on the low carb side too. These can be used as a guide and inspiration for recipe ideas however you are not required to stick to these as we have found that they can be restrictive and cause cravings which isn’t the long term goal.It’s all about learning what works for you and making this part of your lifestyle.
